CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Clean the surface of your portable washer regularly with soft fabric. The fabric may be lightly damp, if
you wish.

Clean the inner tub regularly, especially immediately after washing starched or bleached laundry. You
may fill the wash basin with water only and run a wash cycle, then drain the water to assist with this
cleaning.

Clean the debris filter in the inlet valve or inlet hose regularly in order to prevent it from clogging. Push
the tab of the filter in a downward motion, then pull the filter door open to remove trapped particles.
Then, close the door until the tab lock clicks in place.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Occasionally, problems may arise that are minor in nature and which don’t require a service call. Use this
troubleshooting guide for possible solutions. If the unit continues to operate improperly, call an authorized
service repair shop or Arksen’s Customer Service line (949) 344-2488 for assistance.
