When the tablet is turned on and external power is connected, the fuel gauges are active
regardless of the operating state of the tablet. When the tablet is turned off or is in low-power
mode (sleep/standby or hibernate) and external power is not available, the fuel gauge LEDs will
not be active.
Manually Activating the Fuel Gauges
You can activate the gauges for a period of 5 seconds by pressing any of the programmable
buttons (P1 – P3) on the control panel.
The Flexspace compartment is a sealed compartment located at the upper right rear panel of
the X10gx. It normally houses the solid-state drive (SSD) and a SIM card. This compartment is
shown in
Flexspace™ Compartment
Figure 7 with the cover removed. The SIM card socket is located underneath the hard
drive, as shown in Figure 8.

This compartment should only be accessed by a qualified
technician in a controlled environment.
