IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SUPPLY POWER TO THE DTS-TOP SIMULTANEOUSLY ON THE
MAIN AND PHANTOM POWER CIRCUITS.
Phantom power of DTS-TOP is provided when the phone is connected to DCN-16U
exchange via the Uko interface line (see Figure A.5). To do this, on DCN-16U exchanger,
jumpers must be installed on the corresponding pairs of contacts (see Operating Instructions
for DCN-16U ARMT665200.001), which will provide voltage supply to the contacts 4, 5 of the
RJ-45 power supply and communication socket of DTS-TOP (see Table 2).
ATTENTION: FOR DTS-TOP PHANTOM POWER SUPPLIE THE USE OF ONLY ONE OR
TWO EC-TOP EXPANSION UNITS IS ALLOWED. CONNECTION OF THREE EC-TOP UNITS IS
FORBIDDEN!
The cables connected to DTS-TOP are placed in the grooves of the base of the
enclosure and the stand in accordance with Figure 5.
EC-TOP expansion unit is connected to DTS-TOP via RJ-12 socket. The numbering
of the terminals and the pinout of the socket are given in the instruction manual for EC-TOP.
Connect the handset to the socket on the base of the enclosure in accordance with
Figures 2 and 4.
