In case of technical service request, please communicate the following information for the
identification of the cabinet:
- product name
(Fig. 2 - 2);
- registration number(Fig. 2 - 4);
- job number
(Fig. 2 - 18).
6. Transportation (Fig. 3)
The cabinet is fitted with a wooden support fixed to the base for handling by means of fork-lifts.
Use a manual or electric lift truck suited for raising the cabinet in question.
7. Receipt and first cleaning
Upon receipt of the cabinet:
- Make sure that the packaging is intact and that it is not evidently damaged;
- Unpack the cabinet with care so as not to damage the cabinet itself;
- Check each single part of the cabinet making sure that all its components are intact;
- If anything is found to be damaged, immediately call the supplying company;
- Proceed with a first cleaning using neutral products, dry with a soft cloth, do not use abrasive sub-
stances or metal sponges, do not use alcohol or similar to clean parts in methacrylate (Plexiglas).
For correct packaging disposal, remember that it contains:
Wood - Polystyrene - Polythene - PVC - Carton.
In compliance with EEC Directive 94/62 we hereby approve the materials above.
8. Installation and environmental conditions (Fig. 3)
For installation, follow the instructions below:
- Do not position the cabinet:
in places containing explosive gaseous substances;
in the open air and, therefore, exposed to atmospheric agents;
near sources of heat (direct sunlight, heating appliances, incandescent lights, etc.);
near air currents (near doors, windows, air-conditioning systems, etc.) that should not exceed the
speed of
0.2 m/s
.
- The cabinet is equipped with four wheels so that it can be moved inside the store. Two of the wheels
have brake levers. The wheels can be access by removing the outer casing panels.
- The height of the cabinet can be adjusted as follows:
- Unscrew the fastening flywheels (Fig. 3 Rif. 2) and raise the cabinet to the desired height.
- Tighten the flywheels against the positioning holes.
- Before connecting the cabinet to the electric supply, make sure that all the data on the nameplate
corresponds to the characteristics of the electrical system to which it will be connected.
- In order for the cabinet to operate correctly, the temperature and the environmental relative humidity
must respect the parameters indicated in norm
EN-ISO 23953 - 1/2
that provides a Climatic Class 3
(
+25°C
;
R.H. 60%
).
- Make sure the ventilation openings on the condenser unit are not obstructed - version with incorpo-
rated unit.
Warning! For the version with remove condenser unit, install a maximum of 3 cabinets in line on
the same power and refrigeration channel (1 2 Slaves).
N.B. All these operation should be performed by specialized technical personnel only.
9. Multiplexing of cabinets (Fig. 6)
To join the cabinets:
- Remove the endwalls;
- Position and align the cabinets using the alignment plugs (1);
