1. Introduction - Purpose of the manual/Field of application
This manual refers to the
Aspen 2 TCBM-TCPW
hot-dish counter.
The manual provides information on:
- Using the counter;
- Technical features;
- Installation and assembly;
- Instructions for users;
- Maintenance operations.
This manual should be considered part of the counter and must be preserved for its entire life.
The manufacturer holds itself exempt from any responsibilities arising under the following

2. Presentation - Intended use (Fig. 1)
Aspen 2 TCBM-TCPW
(Fig. 1), is a counter for displaying and selling cooked foods for immediate
consumption.
The counter is available in 2 versions:

Bain-Marie hot-dish counter BM:
with an external water-heating system;
-
Dry hot-dish counter PW:
with heating provided by resistors located beneath the tank level.
