The automatic magneto-thermal switch must be such that it does not open the circuit
on the neutral, without simultaneously opening on the phases and, at any rate, the
distance between the opening of the contacts must be at leat 3 mm.
12.Heating bulbs
To guarantee the temperature of the products displayed in the cabinet is maintained,
infrared bulbs are provided. The heating bulbs switch is on the control panel.
13.Switch-on

Turn the master switch to ON, to check whether the control panel and relative
components operate.
z
All commands are fitted with luminous LEDs, which highlight operation of the
component.
z
The only non-luminous switch is that activating the upper heating light fitting.
The control panel is on the lower part of the cabinet and is made up from:
13_1.Hot case version (TCPW)
1 - Master switch;
2 - Line;
3 - Tank thermostat;
4 - Heating LED:
5 - Heating fitting;
6 - Anti-condensate ventilation.
13_2.Bain-marie version (TCBM)
The control panel is in the lower part of the cabinet in the operator area and is made up
from:
1 - Master switch;
2 - Line;
3 - Tank thermostat;

Prevent the casing from making contact with the electrical panel to avoid
electrical shocks that can cause injuries or death.
z
Check that the connections of the various lighting devices (floors, roof,
superstructure) are properly inserted and locked into their respective sockets,
so as to prevent disconnections during cleaning and maintenance operations
that may cause electrical shocks harmful to the operator.
z
The heating bulbs and the external surfaces that are irradiated directly, reach
very high temperatures.
z
Use suitable protection devices for the upper limbs to protect against the heat
and accidental contact with the hot parts.
z
Adopt all preventive measures to prevent unskilled persons coming into
contact with these hot surfaces.
z
NEVER
expose the skin to direct radiation from the bulbs for prolonged
periods of time;
z
NEVER
expose the yes to the direct rays of the bulbs for short or long periods
of time as sight would be damaged.
z
The screen on the bulbs is designed to protect the operator's sight from direct
radiation.
