18.Defrosting and water drainage (Rif. 27)
The cabinet is fitted with a simple-stop defrosting system, by stopping the refrigeration
cycle.
18_1.Water drainage:
Version with group incorporated
Defrost water is collected by a specific drain and convoyed into a tray placed at the
base of the cabinet. For the incorporated version, the tray has a heater for evaporation
of the water.
Version with remote group
To evacuate the defrost water you must:
z
provide a drain to ground with a slight slope;
z
install the siphon supplied between the drain pipe of the cabinet and the connection
to ground;
z
hermetically seal the area of drainage to ground.
In this way, bad odours inside the cabinet are avoided, dispersion of refrigerated air,
and the possible malfunction of the cabinet due to humidity.
19.Lighting
Internal lighting of the unit is obtained through fluorescent lights.
The light switch is on the cabinet casing. (Rif. 13)
20.Replacing the lamps (Rif. 22)
To replace the lamps, proceed as follows:
z
Remove power supply from the cabinet.
z
Remove the methacrylate guard
1
, slide the bulb out from the housing
2
, and
replace it with an identical new bulb.
z
Reinsert the lamp, checking that the contacts are housed correctly in their specific
holes.
z
Reassemble the protection in methacrylate.
z
Restore electrical power supply.
z
The maximum admissible load uniformly distributed on the shelves is
160kg/
m
2
and on the tank it is
300kg/m
2
.
z
It is the client's responsibility to use the communication instruments most
appropriate to warn consumers during purchases that they must not climb on
the front to reach the products.
z
To prevent goods from sliding off the tilted decks, always use the containment
side panels.
z
First use up the goods that have been stored in the unit
the longest before
adding new arrivals (food stock rotation);
Periodically check that hydraulic connections are perfectly efficient, contacting a
qualified installer.
To increase energetic saving, the cabinet can be requested with low
consumption LED lights that allow:
z
reduced lighting consumption
z
reduced refrigerated load
z
duration of the lights for more than 6 years
z
uniform lighting intensity and colour
z
improvement of the lighting as temperature drops.
z
If the shelving positions are changed, the power supply sockets no longer
used
must be closed with the caps supplied with the unit
((Rif. 18))
z
DO NOT leave the sockets uncovered. Risk of electrocution.
