Before proceeding with the internal cleaning of a cabinet, you must:
z
Turn off the power supply
z
Completely remove all merchandise inside.
z
Remove all the removable parts, such as display dishes, grid trays, etc.
z
Wash with lukewarm water (max 30°C).
z
Disinfect using a detergent with an antibacterial component.
z
Carefully clean the bottom tank, the drip, and the grid that protects the water drain,
eliminating all foreign bodies that have fallen through the suction grid lifting, if
necessary, the sheet of the fans.
z
Carefully dry using a soft cloth.
z
If any ice has formed, contact a qualified refrigeration technician for assistance.
21_4.Cleaning the honeycomb structure () (Rif. 14)
z
The honeycomb must be cleaned every 6-8 months, depending on the conditions
of sale.
z
It can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or removed to be washed with water and
soap.
z
It must be thoroughly dried before it is reassembled.
z
The honeycomb must be reassembled at the same angle.
21_5.Cleaning the condenser (Rif. 26)
The condenser must be cleaned every 30 days to eliminate the dust accumulated.
z
Proceed to clean with stiff bristle brushes (not metal) or vacuum cleaner, taking
care not to bend or damage the condenser fins.
21_6.Cleaning of the water collection tray
Regularly clean the water tray.
To extract the tray from the cabinet, contact a specialized technician.

21_8.Cleaning the parts in stainless steel
Certain situations can cause the formation of rust on the surfaces in steel:
z
iron remains left on damp surfaces, limestone, chlorine or ammonia based
detergents not rinsed properly, food incrustations or residues, salt-saline solutions,
dry residues of evaporated liquids.
Recent stains and rust:
z
clean with shampoo or neutral detergents, using a sponge or a rag. When finished,
eliminate any detergent residue, rinsing abundantly and thoroughly drying the
surfaces.
Old stains and rust:
z
If access is needed to the fans or the components under the base tub,
follow that indicated (Rif. 25):
1 - use adequate pliers
2 - hold the cap of the hold of the base tray
3 - lift the tray
4 - proceed with cleaning/maintenance
z
at the end of the operation replace the tray using the same procedure
z
DO NOT
use hot water on cold glass surfaces; the glass could crack and
injure the operator.
z
DO NOT
use rough or abrasive materials or metal scrapers that could scratch
the glass surfaces
z
DO NOT
use dirty cloths
z
Use a soft cloth with a neutral detergent or soap and lukewarm water (max
30°C).
z
Immediately remove all traces of water and detergent with a dry cloth in order
to prevent marks from forming and to prevent liquid from reaching the
gaskets, frame, or the glass door hinges.
