Hints:
Smaller foods may
be placed on a heat
resistant dish and then
placed onto the steam
rack. Parchment paper
or aluminum foil may
be used as well. Place
the paper/foil on the
center of the steam rack
and ensure it does not
create a seal along the
bottom of the steam
rack. For best results,
it is recommended to
puncture small holes in
the paper/foil.
Soup
1. Add desired ingredients into the inner pot.
2. Place the inner pot into the cooker.
3. Plug the power cord into an available 120V AC
outlet.
4. Press
Steam/Soup
twice to initiate the
Soup
function. The soup indicator light will illuminate as
the cooker begins to heat.
5. Carefully remove the lid to stir the ingredients
occasionally using the silicone spatula.
6. The maximum cook time for the
Soup
function
is two hours. Once the two-hour cook time has
elapsed, the cooker will automatically switch to
Keep Warm
mode.
7. When finished serving, press and hold
