The maximum SMS message size is 160 char <CTRL+Z> + ‘/0’ = 162
characters. <CR> (‘\r’), can be inserted each occupies one character.
2.8.3.6. INPUT MESSAGES
To allow the input message reception the relay must be configured in remote mode. If
the configuration is in Local mode and some of the commands are received an error
SMS message will be sent indicating that the operation could not be performed. If
measurements (METERING) or counters (ACCUMULATORS) are requested the
relay will respond independent of the mode.
The following table describes the input SMS allowed in the Remote mode and their
action (see Table 2-35):

The METERING and ACCUMULATORS commands only send their answer to the
number that emitted the command.
