Power Requirements
Make sure that the board is used in Centellis 2000 AdvancedTCA shelf. If the module is used in
a Centellis 2000 DC version shelf, make sure it is connected to -48 VDC up to -60 VDC (rated
voltage), according to Telecommunication Network Voltage (TNV-2).
A TNV-2 circuit is a circuit whose normal operating voltages exceed the limits for a safety-extra-
low-voltage (SELV) under normal operating conditions, and which is not subject to over
voltages from telecommunication networks.
On board voltages are 5.0 VDC, 3.3 VDC, and 1.0 VDC:
5.0 V voltage is generated from the -48 V AdvancedTCA power by a DC/DC converter with
galvanic isolation suitable for TNV-2 circuits.
3.3 V and 1.0 V voltages are derived from the 5.0 V power.
