Advice for deep frying
- Slice food thinly and in even sized pieces. This will help ensure the food is cooked evenly.
To prevent the hot oil from splattering, carefully pat or wipe the food dry before immersing
into the fryer.
- Shake off excess coatings (such as breadcrumbs) before cooking.
- In case of deep frozen food, shake or wipe off any ice crystals before frying,
- Do not overfill the basket.
Operation
Plug in the deep fryer.
The indicator light will be red.
Adjust the temperature control knob to the required
temperature.
It will reach the requested temperature after 22 minutes
approximately.
- Shake off any ice crystals from the food and place the food
into the basket.
Lower the basket into the oil.
- Set the cooking time by turning the timer button.
- When you set the timer, the green light is on; timer button
off, green light will be off
- When the desired cooking time is over, the timer rings.
- Without opening the lid, raise he handle to the upright
position as shown and let the oil drip off.
Press the lid release button and remove the basket.
Please Note:

When food is placed in the deep fryer, it will naturally cool the oil thereby making
the indicator light turn on red again.

Once the food is fried, lift the basket using the basket handle until it clicks into
position in order to place the basket in the draining position, allowing the oil to
drain from the food.
