The frying time in the chart refer to the quantities stated. smaller quantities may take less
time to cook and larger quantities may take longer to cook.
The time stated is only indicative.
- Frying time can vary due to a number of factors e.g. quantities of food and oil, size of the
food pieces, starting temperature of the food and personal preferences.
ALWAYS ENSURE THAT FOOD IS PIPING HOT AND THOROUGHLY COOKED BEFER
CONSUMING IT.

Manual cleaning

Ensure the deep fryer is unplugged before cleaning
The cover can be removed for easier cleaning (see illustration).
Clean the basket with soapy water.
Wipe the oil pot and the heating resistors with a clean wet cloth. If necessary you
can remove the pot together with the resistors to clean it,
but be careful to never
put the resistors or the electrical connections under the pot in contact with
water.
IMPOTANT: THE ELECTRICAL PART OF THE APPLIANCE MUST NEVER COME
INTO CONTACT WITH WATER.

Re-install all parts once they are completely dry.
The oil pot is removable; unmount and mount it as pictured below. Place the pot back
into the appliance. Pour the oil into the pot and plug in the deep fryer.
