Maintenance

•  Ensure that the running belt is centered before and after every use.
•  Periodically clean this product with a soft wet cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals. Allow to dry

completely before use.

•  Periodically visually inspect moving parts for wear and tear. Repair or replace any that are

found before further use.

•  In particular, periodically check the fasteners for looseness or damage. Tighten or replace as

needed before further use.

Belt Adjustment

Periodically, the running belt may need to be re-centered. To do this, start the treadmill

and adjust the speed to 3 km/h. If the treadmill is deflected to the left, turn the left bolt

clockwise until centered (fig. 1). If the treadmill is deflected to the right, turn the right bolt

clockwise until centered (fig. 2). To tighten the belt, turn both bolts clockwise (fig. 3). To

loosen the belt, turn both bolts counterclockwise (fig. 4).

Lubrication

Periodic lubrication of the running platform under the running belt may be required. To do this,

unplug the machine and pull the running belt upward, exposing the running platform. Add

enough oil such that it spreads over the whole area  under the belt. Let it sit for 60 seconds and

then release the belt. Remove any excess oil.
