For your safety, the treadmill will not operate without its emergency stop clip. Attach one end to 

the control panel and the other to any part of your clothing.
When you press 

START

, the treadmill will count down for 5 seconds and then begin moving 

at 1 km/h (0.6 mph). This is adjustable using the preset speed buttons or the

 +

 and 

− 

buttons. 

Pressing 

STOP

 will cause the machine to slow and stop. Pulling the emergency stop clip 

off of the control panel will cause the treadmill to immediately stop. Holding the handrails is 

recommended. 
Press 

MODE

 to set up a time, distance, or calorie limit for your session. The treadmill will 

automatically slow and stop once this limit is reached.
Press 

PROG

 to toggle among the machine's preset programs.
