measured value by an entered scaling factor and then adds or
subtracts another entered value. The result is then displayed:

enter   the  values  for  SCALE   and  VALUE  in  the   next   menu
items. A small arrow in the display indicates that Offset/Scale
is on.

Positive and negative values are allowed.

Offset SCALE

Here the SCALE for the Offset/Scale function can be entered.
Values below 1 can be entered for a division.
