With one hand, pull the irrigation tube firmly from the bottom 

of the pump door

. Use the other hand to guide the irriga-

tion tube into the notch

Attach the small end of the irrigation tube

irrigation fitting, following the instructions that came with 

your handpiece. Attach the irrigation tube to the motor cable 

at evenly spaced intervals using the AHP-03 clips

Hang a saline bag  (1000ml max.) from the hanger with the 

saline port pointing towards the rear of the console. Swing 

the bag away from the console (to prevent dripping on the 

console) then spike the saline bag with the bayonet

up any spills on the console immediately.

Calibrating the handpiece takes about 20 seconds and should 

be done every time you turn the unit on or change hand-

pieces. See
