PACKING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Remove all liquid wastes, water from water bottles, and the
bypass filter and
optional
amalgam separator.
2.
Remove all accessories from the unit and purge air pressure
from air tank.
3.
Place shipping crate base on
level floor. Lift the AMC-15
cart onto the pedestal
A
in
the crate base. CAUTION: Two
people are required to lift the
cart.
4.
Strap the ends of both
handles
A
to the four anchor
eye-bolts
B
on the base.
5.
Place the boxed foot control
pedal
A
under the cart.
6.
Wrap the cart with pallet
stretch wrap.
7.
Insert the cardboard end
panels and side panels into
the crate base, making sure
the “End Up” labels
A
are
pointing up. Use the adhesive
strips on the inside of the end
panel flaps to attach to the
side panels.
8.
Place the packing material
A
on top of cart, then place the
accessories box

on top of a piece of bubble wrap.

9.
Place the lid on top of the
crate. Position the four strap-
ping blocks

onto the
edges of the lid, then connect
the straps over the blocks and
tighten.
