WINDSCREEN WIPER
Access to the wiper motor and linkage is via removal of the front panel.
The front panel is secured by two screws located behind the wiper arm
(photo).
Both wiper arms must be removed before the front panel can be
detached.
WHEN WORKING IN THE AREA OF THE WINDSCREEN WIPER
LINKAGE, ENSURE THAT THE WIPER SYSTEM CANNOT BE OPERATED.
Note:
Do not operate the windscreen wipers on a dry windscreen, this can
put excessive strain on the wiper motor and lead to premature failure.
Check the level in the windscreen washer bottle and top up as
necessary.
