SHUTDOWN AND STORAGE
Prepare for Storage
To prepare for either storing or shipping, follow the instructions below:
1
Empty the water containers and purge handpiece coolant lines and the water syringe. See Operation
Instructions. Run air through the handpieces for an additional three minutes to air dry.

Purge the waste container and flush clean. See Servicing & Preventative Maintenance section.

Remove sediment bowl from amalgam separator and properly dispose of liquid. Clean well and dry.
4
Remove and dispose of solids trap filter and the HVE and saliva ejector tips. Run the suction pump with
both the HVE and Saliva Ejector open for three minutes to air dry.
5
Unplug unit from power and carefully wind the purge hose and power cord around the brackets on the
rear of the cart.
