Shipping Preparation (Military System)
To pack Model 90-2025/MAR (military version) into the reusable ECS shipping container trunk, follow these
instructions:
The cart and trunk are very heavy. Two people are required to safely pack up this system.
Carefully place all handpiece tubing connections down into the individual slots of the handpiece holder bag. Once all the connections are complete,
roll the bag and tie to secure.
Remove the lid from the trunk and set the
main part of the trunk on end. Lift out the caster
ramp and remove the foam insert from the top.
Carefully roll and push the cart into the trunk.
Ensure that the handpiece tubings and bag clear the
center and are placed into the top cut out area of
the trunk.
The foot control and tubing will need to be
placed in the bottom portion of the trunk.
Place the foam insert into the top section and
flip the caster ramp inside the case.
Using two people, pull on the handles
provided and lower the trunk onto its back.
Insert the service kit, optional power cords and
operation manual into the storage areas provided.
Place the lid onto the trunk and secure the latches.
