1.00 Hz
Sleep
When used with CEF is reported to help with depression
This frequency can lead you to an "altered state of conscience" favourable to a deep sleep
Important :
Using CES Cranial electrostim/Ear clips no more than 20mins per day
Cranial Electromagnetic Fields to Start 1 min on 5 mins off max 5 mins AC Pulse function
only.

Do not
combine The Magnastim CEF Headset with other mind machines in real-time. Light
and sound devices (that use binaural beats or flashing lights), CES (Cranial Electromagnetic
Stimulation), TENS (transcutaneous [through the skin] electrical nerve stimulation) devices
adapted for neural use, common magnets held in place with a headband, and crystals driven by
electricity of any kind are only some of the many 'mind machines'. Negative effects have been
reported from the simultaneous use of Magnastim with other mind machines. However, when
they are used about two hours
AFTER
a Magnastim session, their effects can be amplified.

To Set up: Fig. 16
Insert stereo patch lead into the output (4) of the BT Pro LCD unit. Insert the other end into the
input of the TMS device. Insert the Magnastim Headset into the “Headset” output on the TMS
device. Plug the 12 volt power supply into this to operate. BE SURE TO USE ONLY THE POW-
ER SUPPLY THAT CAME WITH EACH DEVICE! Do not mix the power supplies up as some
devices require different voltage power. The TMS device acts as an amplifier that sends the
frequencies to the Headset electrodes. Please note that these are not headphones. A magnetic
frequency is emitted from the electrodes. Select the desired program the same as running a
BT+ program (see page 11).
