At tention!
Only maintain the VERSO CLIQ mechatronic locking cylinder with the
VERSO CLIQ care spray provided for this purpose:
Using unapproved
spray products can damage the electronic components and cause a
malfunction in the locking cylinder.
Apply the spray every 5,000 locking
cycles, or at least once every 6 months. Shake the spray before use, then
give the cylinder a quick spray.

Replace the battery within 30s:
Stored data is kept for 30s. A new bat-
tery must be inserted within this time span. Do not damage or bend the
battery contacts during replacement.
We recommend replacing the battery after 30,000 openings or within 3
years. The battery warning must be observed.
1 Lift off the battery cover by pressing upwards on the tab on the
opposite side.
2 Remove the battery cover.
3 Pay attention to the correct polarity of the battery and insert a new
type CR2025 battery.
4 Replace the battery cover by guiding the ‘nose’ of the battery cover
into the recess of the battery compartment.
5 Press the battery cover down until it clicks into place.
