Profile Series v.S2 WiFi Mortise Lock
1. Test the thumbturn by retracting and projecting
the deadbolt.
2. Perform an operational check of the key pad by
pressing each button and hearing a “beep” after each
number pressed. A double beep will sound after the
asterisk is pressed.
For 8276 and 8278 Function mortise locks with cylinders:
3. Insert key into cylinder and rotate - there should be no
friction against lock case, wire harness or any other
obstructions.
4. The key will retract the latch.
Key should rotate freely.
5. If the deadbolt is thrown, the key will retract
both the deadbolt and the latch.
6. Inside lever retracts latch and
deadbolt (if provided).
7. Use a 13.56 MHz credential, 125 kHz
proximity credential, or keypad PIN code
set up with the
Lock Configuration Tool
to
unlock outside lever and retract latch.
