-Mounting using screws and wall plugs

Loosen the bottom screw
and open the door/
window contact.

Knock out the holes on the
base as shown.

Drill holes into the
mounting surface using
the holes in the knockouts
on the base as template.

Fit wall plugs (if required) and secure with the
screws provided.

Fit sensor back together and tighten screw.

Test sensor by pressing the test button and
opening and closing the door/window. The LED
should light when the door/window is opened.
Installation is complete.
Mounting the Help button

Break through the knockouts (where the plastic is
thinner).

Using the holes as a template, drill holes in the
surface and insert wall plugs if fixing into plaster or
brick. Screw the rear case to the wall.

Replace the cover and tighten the screw.
Mounting the Smoke Detector

The base has two mounting slots. Using the slots
as a template, drill holes and insert the wall plugs if
fixing to plaster. Screw the rear case to the ceiling
using the screws provided.

Replace the cover.
Knockouts
The tamper switch will automatically reactivate
after one hour. Alternatively you can enable the
tamper switch manually (optional).
