Limited Warranty / Disclaimer
This pad is warranted for a single resident use, for a continuous period of 90 days use from the day first
utilized. Shelf life warranty against defective material or workmanship is one (1) year from shipping.
Damaged due to neglect, misuse, accident, abuse, improper service or any other user-related causes,
will void the warranty.
This product should be used in conjunction with a detailed “Fall Management Program” conducted at
the user facility. This product is intended to supplement, but not replace, any fall management measures
taken by the facility.
This product does not, nor is it intended to, tie residents to a chair. This product will not prevent falls
and is intended only to alert staff when a resident gets off the chair.
Do not heat or sterilize the pad. Do not make holes or tear the plastic cover. Do not immerse the pad
into a container of water or other cleaning liquid.
To ensure functionality, the pad should be tested manually
daily
. Should the pad not function properly,
immediately replace with a new pad.
