OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
Warning: This manual has been prepared for personnel trained in the use of an air compressor and those responsible for routine
maintenance. Read the instructions before operating the compressor. The manual contains important information regarding the
safety of users. This manual is an integral part of the compressor and should always be kept near it and in an easily accessible place.
The operator and staff must be able to read the instructions at any time. Lifting, transport, unpacking, assembly, commissioning,
initial adjustments and tests, above-standard maintenance, repairs, overhauls can only be carried out by specialized personnel of an
authorized dealer or authorized service appointed by the manufacturer. The manufacturer disclaims any liability for any
consequences of unauthorized persons performing the operations described above, or if the compressor has been used improperly.
This manual describes only those components and operation of the compressor that may be useful for the operator and the
operator. In order to understand the terminology used in this manual, the operator must have knowledge and experience in
operation, repair and maintenance, the ability to correctly interpret drawings and descriptions contained in the manual, and be
familiar with the safety rules in force at the compressor's location. The same applies to those responsible for maintenance, who
must also have the knowledge of mechanics and electrics necessary to safely carry out the activities described in the instructions.
Oil-free mobile compressor with a silent pump on the 100L tank
Manufactured in Poland in accordance with modern technology, the A-ACOM100L air compressor was created for demanding users.
The 100L tank capacity compressor is a combination of quality workmanship and high performance parameters.
Optimal tank capacity and high-performance compressor module create a product designed for a wide group of users from the
renovation and construction, furniture and automotive sectors.
The tank, subjected to rigorous strength tests (under 30 bar pressure), was made of high-quality creep-resistant and plastic,
corrosion-resistant boiler steel with a thickness of 2mm. The high quality of welding seams confirmed by VT1 and VT2 tests was
obtained thanks to the robotic production process. The safety of the wide use of the product has been subjected to rigorous tests
and technical assessments with the approval of Technical Inspection.
The compressor tank is covered with a powder coating to ensure high chemical, anti-corrosion and mechanical resistance. The
assembly of components did not use commonly used and susceptible to changes in temperature and stress of adhesive joints. All
threaded connections are sealed with teflon tape resistant to abrasion and work in high temperature amplitudes.
The tank is operated by an oil-free double piston pump with a capacity of 480 l / min with a capacity of 3000W. Built-in thermal
protection prevents potential damage due to motor overheating. Low vibration was achieved thanks to the engine mounted on
rubber cushions. Comfort of use is provided by noise suppressors with a built-in air filter, reducing the noise level to an unbelievably
low level of 70dB. Built-in efficient electric motor fans eliminate the possibility of motor overheating. The check valve solenoid valve
allows the compressor pump to smoothly start working without unnecessary overpressure load. The use of this solution also saves
the consumption of so-called inrush current. Correct operation is indicated by an LED. The pressure control switch is equipped with a
pressure gauge (boiler pressure), drain valve, safety valve (8.8 bar) and a 3 x 2.5 mm 5 m power cord with EU or UK plug. The
compressor's mobility is ensured by high-quality double-bearing wheels made of thermoplastic material capable of absorbing
vibrations. Thanks to this, moving the device is comfortable and safe. The centrally located drain valve allows the tank to be
completely drained of condensate causing corrosion. The unit is ready to generate a nominal pressure of 8.5 Bar. A double quick
coupler seat, pressure regulator and air drier to improve daily operation are standard equipment.
