Inexperienced persons should be familiarized with the operating instructions before being allowed to work with the
compressor.
e)
Keep children and bystanders away from the compressor.
f)
Never carry out repairs to the pressure vessel yourself. In the event of a leak, replace it with a new one. Damaged tank should
be taken out of service.
g)
To cooperate with the tank, use only tools that are adapted for work with compressed air - The use of tools other than those
recommended may result in a hazardous situation.
h)
Air should be removed from the tank whenever the compressor is not used for a long time.
i)
Every day after compressor operation, the accumulated condensate (impurities) should be removed from the tank.
j)
A valve located at the bottom of the tank is used to remove condensate.
2. START
•
Check the network voltage to match the compressor's demand.
•
Remember the phase monitor protection. In its absence, the warranty on the electric motor may not be recognized in case of
failure.
•
The compressor must be turned on and off via the main switch. Direct removal of the plug from the socket or loss of power
during operation may cause serious damage to the electric motor. Always remember to follow the ON / OFF procedure: red
button.
•
When starting the compressor for the first time, check that the direction of rotation of the motor is correct.
•
The electric motor is protected by a thermal overload protection.
•
The motor has no phase loss protection. This protection should be used in the compressor supply system.
•
The compressor must be placed in such a way that 0.5m of space on each side remains within it to ensure free air flow. The unit
must stand on level ground for proper compressor operation.
•
If the compressor fails to start, drain the compressed air from the dehydrator.
•
Press the "OFF" switch, then cut off the power supply, after which the compressor motor will stop working.
•
Every day when the compressor stops working, remove water from the dehydlator.
•
The air pressure can be adjusted using the knob on the dehydlator, by turning the knob clockwise, you can increase the pressure,
while by turning anti-clockwise, you can reduce the air pressure until it is cut off air sources.
NOTE:
By turning the knob all the way, do not force it to continue turning, otherwise you may damage the knob.
3. USE THE PRESSURE TANK
The compressed air tank is used for compressing and temporary storage of atmospheric air, intended for use in housework, such as
spray painting, blowing, supplying compressed air or argon with pneumatic tools. The working space of the device is designed to
work from the lowest allowable pressure of 0 bar (g) to the maximum allowable pressure of PS 10bar (g), in the temperature range
from 0 ° C to the maximum allowable operating temperature TS of + 50 ° C. The tank was designed for a design pressure of 10 b
ar
and a temperature of + 50˚C.
NOTE:
The tank is for home use. Using it for purposes related to business operations requires submitting the tank to Technical Inspection.
The device may only be used for its intended purpose. Any use that deviates from the one described in this manual is not for the
intended purpose of the device. The user / owner, and not the manufacturer, is responsible for any damage or injury caused by
misuse. Please note that our device is not intended for professional, craft or industrial use. The warranty does not apply when the
