1.Open and remove the acrylic back and side panel(s) and inspect for
damage.
IMPORTANT:
Please note the direction of the screw head. Make sure you can get
a screwdriver or drill bit on each screw head. Depending on your unit, you may
need to use screwdrivers or drill bits of various sizes to gain proper access to each
screw head.
2.Working on a flat surface loosely bolt the back and side panel(s) together
making sure the tops of the panels are aligned. Use the
M5 X 30mm
screws
and washers located inside
Screw Pack 1.
Be sure to leave enough space
between the panels so that you can get the tip of a caulk gun in between the
panels.
NOTE:
All panels are pre-drilled and should line up. If you find that some of the
holes do not align investigate the cause and try to determine the issue. If no issue
can be found for the misalignment you can, if needed, enlarge a hole, move or add
additional holes. Be sure to pilot drill the new hole location first before moving to a
larger bit. Failure to use a pilot drill can cause the acrylic to crack or chip. Fill any
unused hole with sealant.
