ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Attach Seat Back to Left Side of Chair
1.
(SEE FIGURE 1)
Install four threaded studs (F) into seat back (C).
2. Place the (seat back) threaded studs through armrests (A) mounting tabs. Attach each stud
using flat washer (G) and cap nut (I). Do not over tighten.
Attach Seat to Left Side of Chair
1. Screw four threaded studs (F) into the seat (B).
2. Place the (seat) threaded studs through the armrest (A) mounting tabs. Attach each stud
using flat washer (G) and hex nut (H). Do not over tighten.
Attach Back Support Bar, Footrest
1. Attach back support bar (E) to left armrest with threaded stud (J), flat washer (K) and
hex nut (L). Do not over tighten.
2. Attach footrest (D) to left armrest (A) with two threaded studs (J), flat washers (K) and
hex nuts (L). Do not over tighten.
Attach Left and Right Sides of Chair
1. Attach back support bar (E) and footrest (D) to the right armrest (A) with three threaded
studs (J), flat washers (K), and hex nuts (L).
2. Connect the seat (B) and back (C) with four threaded studs (F), flat washers (G),
and hex nuts (H) and cap nuts (I).
3. Stand the chair upright. Tighten all bolts.
4. Screw in and adjust the footpads (M) to level the chair.
Carefully remove the contents from the package. If any parts are missing do not
attempt to use the product until they have been obtained and correctly installed.
