4.3 TEMPERATURE
CONTROL
This dehumidifier equipment is designed for inhouse operation and thus is designed to provide
its rated power within the temperature range to be expected in this type of enviroments.
Therefore, working below this design temperature range may cause unwanted operation on the
machine, which could result in damage to the internal components of the equipment.
For this reason a thermostat with probe has been included, whose mission is to take ambient
air temperature, so if temperature drops below 21 º C, the thermostat will cut the operation of
the circuit before the unit operates outside its design range.
The position of the bulb is in the air suction chamber, to secure an accurate reading of the air
temperature moving through the machine:

The thermostat is located in the electrical board, fixed to a lower temperature of 21 ºC:
