3.4.3 Service code
The Service code settings enable you to assign the VoIP call function codes and
set up phone book/speed dial settings.
To set Service code
1. From the menu, click
VoIP -> Service Code
.
2. Configure these settings.
•
DND/Call wait/Forwarding
: Check to enable these call functions. If you have
checked the
Forwarding
option, assign the forwarding number.
•
Call function codes
: You can change the call function operation codes. There
are six (6) commonly used function codes:
Blind Transfer
,
Attend Transfer
,
Conference
,
Trunk Access Code
,
Phone Book Prefix
, and
Speed Dial
Prefix
.
Trunk Access Code
refers to the code for accessing the FXO port
(PSTN line).
NOTE
: AX-125/145 has some pre-defined/default call function services. Refer to
Chapter 4. SIP Operation Guide
for more details.
If you want to use the call functions, you have to assign phone book entries
and speed dial phone numbers. The phone book function allows you to make
calls to a specified SIP server address with target user number. Speed dial
allows you to make calls via access codes registered at the same SIP server.
3. When done, click
Apply
