End Wheels
The tools required for wheel removal and installation
are listed in table 11-2. Use manufacturer recommend-
ed tools whenever possible.

Raise and support the machine on ASV jackstands
in the front and rear as shown.

Clean the threads with a plastic or wire bristle
brush, then loosen the turnbuckle as shown to
lower the drive table and create slack in the track.

Remove the bolts securing the wheel to the hub.

Slide the track outward as you pull on the wheel to
remove the wheel.
Installation
1.
To install the end wheels, reverse the removal pro-
cedure.
Torque the end wheel mounting bolts
upon installation to 95 +/- 10 Lb. Ft.
