User Data:
Please input your personal date before starting a workout. Press BODY FAT to enter your personal
date of sex, age, height and weight. The computer saves the data until you take out the batteries.
Clock Mode:
• The computer will enter the clock mode when there is no signal input or no keys pressed after 4
minutes. You can press ENTER to switch the clock and temperature at the clock mode or press any
other key to quit the clock mode.
• By pressing UP+ENTER you can set up the clock and ALARM by holding DOWN+ENTER for over
2 seconds.
Function and Features:
1. CLOCK:
Shows the current time.
2. ALARM:
You can set up an alarm.
3. TEMPERATURE:
Shows the current temperature.
4. SCAN:
During the excercise the computer will automatically scan the function of TIME, SPEED, DISTAN-
CE, CALORIES, PULSE and RPM every 6 seconds unless ENTER is pressed.
5. TIME:
Shows the current workout time. It counts up from 00:00 to 99:59. By setting a programm, the time
can also be count down.
6. SPEED:
Shows your current workout speed in KM/MILE per hour. If there's no speed signal input, the com-
puter will display "NO SPEED" in the window.
7. DISTANCE:
Displays the accumulative distance traveled during each workout up to a maximum of 99.9 KM
8. CALORIES:
Your computer will estimate the cumulative calories burned at any given time during your workout.
9. PULSE:
Shows the current heart rate. If there is no signal, the computer will show "NO PULSE".
