KEY FUNCTION
Power off
If no signal has reached the computer for 4 minutes, the computer will power off itself.
Settings
UP
(ENCODER)
Press the UP button to increase the value. Press and hold to increase the value
faster.
Time setting area: 00:00~99:00 (Each step is 1:00)
Calorie setting area: 0~9990 (Each step is 10)
Distance setting area: 0.00~99.50 (Each step is 0.5)
Pulse setting area: 0-30~230 (Each step is 1)
DOWN
(ENCODER)
Press the DOWN button to decrease the value. Press and hold to decrease the value
faster.
Time setting area: 00:00~99:00 (Each step is 1:00)
Calorie setting area: 0~9990 (Each step is 10)
Distance setting area: 0.00~99.50 (Each step is 0.5)

MODE/ENTER
Select each function by pressing the MODE / ENTER button.
Press and hold the MODE / ENTER button for 2 seconds to reset all functions (same
function as the reset button when pressed for 2 seconds).
RESET
In the setting mode, press the RESET button once to reset the current function
numbers.
Press the RESET button and hold down the button for 2 seconds to reset all the
function numbers.
RECOVERY
After the console detects the pulse signal, press the RECOVERY button to enter
restore mode, to monitor heart rate recovery capability.
