Cardio mode:
1.
Turn UP or DOWN to chose the workout program. Chose CARDIO and confirm it by pressing
ENTER.
2. Turn UP or DOWN to set your age.
3. Turn UP or DOWN to chose 55%, 75%, 90% or target heart rate (30-230).
Confirm it by pressing enter.
4. Turn UP or DOWN to set the time.
5. Press START/STOP to start the workout. Turn UP or DOWN to set the level.
6. Press START/STOP to stop the workout. Press RESET to get back to the homescreen.
