You select a table from the pull-down list associated with this field.
■
Your selection determines the values in the pull-down list for the Field
Name field.
■
If you change the contents of the Table to Search field, Fault Management
initializes the Field Name field and its associated fields so you can select
new search criteria.
How to Display All Alarms
You can display the All Alarms report from the menu bar of the Switch View, or
you can display it from the Report Builder screen as follows:
1. Open the Report Builder screen.
2. Enter a name in the Report Name field and press
Enter
.
3. Click on Run Report.
How to Enter Search Criteria
After you choose a table, you can enter the search criteria for the data that you
want Report Builder to retrieve.
Double click on the following icon to view the fields that allow you to select the
search criteria.

Guidelines for Data Selection Fields
Use the following guidelines when you select retrieval criteria:
■
You can enter up to three sets of retrieval criteria for each report.
■
You can copy field entries from an open report and paste them into the
Value and To Value fields.
■
The Value and To Value fields are case sensitive.
