Disconnect Call Director (if it exists at your location)

Disconnect the power cable from the Call Director

2.

Disconnect the console cables from the Call Director. Might be up to 4

3.

Disconnect the console cables from the equipment 

4.

Disconnect the Modem cable from the Call Director. The other end is 
connected to the modem. Disconnect the other end of the cable as well.

5.

Package all the above equipment in the supplied box, along with the 
equipment from step 1.

6.

Drop it off or call FedEx to pick it up. 

7.

Call your phone company to disconnect the phone line connected to the 
modem if you need to do so
