OPERATION
TO ADJUST RELEASE DEVICE
On the draw-bar of this pallet truck, the control handle
(117 or 120G) can be set to three positions:
Raise - handle down
Drive position - handle in center position
Lower - handle up, the lever moves back to
drive position when released.
If however these have been changed, they can be ad-
justed as follows:
1. In the "DRIVE" position, if the forks are elevated
when pumping, turn the adjusting nut (104) on the
adjusting bolt (103) or screw (318) it clockwise until
the pumping action does not result in the forks being
raised and the three (3) "DRIVE" positions function
properly.
2. If the forks descend while pumping in the "DRIVE"
position, turn the nut (104) or screw (318) counter-
clockwise until the forks are no longer being lowered.
3. If the forks do not descend when the control handle
(117 or 120G) is in the “LOWER” position, turn the
nut (104) or screw (318) clockwise until the control
handle (117 or 120G) is raised and the forks are low-
ered. Then check the “DRIVE” position according to
section 3.1 and 3.2 to verify that the nut (104) and
screw (318) are properly positioned.
4. If the forks do not elevate while pumping in the
“RAISE” position, turn the nut (104) or screw (318)
counter-clockwise until the forks elevate while
pumping in the “RAISE” position. Then check the
“LOWER” and “DRIVE” positions according to sec-
tions 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3.
MAINTENANCE
The pallet truck is largely maintenance-free.
OIL
The oil level should be checked every six months. ISO
VG32 hydraulic oil should be used. Oil viscosity should
be 30 cSt at 400° C. Total volume is approximately 0.4
lt.
TO REMOVE AIR
Air can mix with the hydraulic oil during transportation
or due to pump issues. This can result in fork malfunc-
tions and forks that do not elevate while pumping in
the “RAISE” position. To remove the air, place the con-
trol handle (117 or 120G) in the “LOWER” position and
move the draw bar up and down several times.
DAILY CHECK AND MAINTENANCE
Inspecting the pallet truck daily can help extend its life
cycle. Special attention should be paid to the wheels,
axles, threads, etc. The wheels should be checked
for any blockage. The forks should be unloaded and
lowered to their lowest position when a job is complete.
LUBRICATION
At the factory, long-lasting grease is applied to all bear-
ings and shafts. Long-lasting grease should be reap-
plied on a monthly basis and after each time the truck’s
lubrication points are cleaned.

8. Use a hammer to tap another elastic pin (106) into
the axle with hole (105A). The draw-bar is now as-
sembled to the pump.
