With the exception of the
Port Access
button, the information required for this
dialog box is the same as that described in the
Port Access
Clicking the Port Access button brings up a dialog box that allows the
Administrator or a User with Administration permission to define the selected
User's access to the computers on a Port-by-Port basis:

If the list is collapsed, click the [+] in front of the Station to expand the
list and show the ports
The access rights choices are explained in the table, below:
Choice
Explanation
Full
The user can view the remote server’s screen and can perform
keyboard and mouse operations on the remote server.
View Only
The user can only view the remote server’s screen; he cannot
perform any operations on it.
None
No access rights – the port will not show up on the user's List of
ports on the Main Screen.
