Troubleshooting
Power Supply Consideration
The UH3238 USB-C Travel Dock requires a total of 8 W power consumption
from a dedicated power adapter, and then provides balanced power supply to
the connected USB-C host device with the rest of the power supply.
When the total of power consumption of the UH3238 exceeds 8 W, a self-
protection mechanism is activated, and some of the connected devices
(excludes USB-C host device) may not be found.
iPadOS Limitation
For iPad USB-C enable tablets power delivery, make sure to upgrade its
iPadOS version to iPadOS 13.2 or later to meet the power delivery standards
for iPads.
