Utilization
The product is intended for lifting of vehicles. The corresponding technical data have to be observed.
1. Preparation
a.
Read all safety advices carefully before operation of lift.
b. Lower the lift completely.
c. Position the vehicle symmetrical on the platform of the lift.
d. Secure the vehicle against rolling off, e.g. with hand brake or wheel chock.
2. Lifting
a. Switch the lift on with the main switch
b. Lift the vehicle up to a height of 100-150 mm and stop the lifting by r
eleasing the button “
UP
”
.
c. Check if the vehicle stands secure on the lift and if its secure against rolling off.
d. Then raise the lift further and observe the lifting process.
3. Parking position
a. At a lifting height of appr. 500 mm engage automatically a safety notch.
b.
By pushing the button „
LOCK UP
“
for a few seconds the lift lowers until the next notch. Pay attention
here to an equal height.
The parking position allows the operator to bring the vehicle exactly into the horizontal position. This is necessary
e.g. at wheel alignment works.
The parking position reduces the pressure to the hydraulic cylinder and hoses, thereby the lifetime increases and
the wear will be reduced.
4. Lowering
a. Check before lowering that no obstacles are under the platforms and/or danger zone.
b.
Push the „
DOWN
“ button, the lift will raise a few seconds, unlock the notches and then lowers.
c. After reaching the CE-
Stop the button „
LOCK UP
“ must be pushed to lower further.
5. Finish
a. Lower the lift completely.
b. Drive the vehicle from the lift.
