1. Remove cover (B), extract carbon brush (A) with
the help of a small screwdriver and disconnect
the connectors (C).

Note:
Keep the connectors outside of the unit.
2. Insert carbon brush (A) in its housing in
accordance with its correct installation direction,
connect the connectors (C) and push the carbon
brush (A) to the stop in its housing.

3. Check the good condition of the O-ring (D)

4. Position the cover (B) with the pin upwards,
making sure the O-ring (D) is not damaged or
pinched. Tighten the cover (B) on the drive unit.

5. Repeat the procedure to replace the second
carbon brush (A).
NOTICE
If the carbon brushes are incorrect
positioned the commutator can be destroyed and, or
the casting may melt due to overheating. Sparks and
bad contact can occur if the contact between the
commutator and the carbon brush is to narrow and
sharp.
AT vibrator tube
Due to workload, ambient temperature and vibrations
caused by the vibrator poker's contact with the
concrete and/or rebar. This will cause wear on the
bearings and sealing and these will eventually fail.
When components have failed they must be replaced
with original parts. Replacement bearing kits are
available, see Spare part list.
