Air dryer
Air Dryer
Wet compressed air (B) enters the dryer. The air then flows through heat exchanger (2) where
refrigerant evaporates, withdrawing heat from the air. The cold air then flows through a
condensate trap (1) which separates condensate from the air. The condensate is automatically
drained. The cold, dried air then flows through the heat exchanger (3), where it is warmed up by
the incoming air, then finally discharged from the dryer outlet (4).
