Stop the compressor and wait a few minutes to allow the oil to settle and the foam
disappears.

If the oil level is too low, depressurize the system by unscrewing filler plug (8) one turn
to permit any pressure in the system to escape. Depressurize the air receiver by
opening drain valve (4).

Add oil as necessary. The sight-glass should be 3/4 full. Retighten plug (8) and close
drain valve (4) of the air receiver.

Storage after installation
If the compressor is stored without running from time to time, consult Atlas Copco as protective
measures may be necessary.
