7.6 SELF-DIAGNOSIS

Select and press SELECTOR to
entry the diagnosis program (fig. 63).
x
Select each item by turning and
pressing SELECTOR.
x
Check the dynamic status of each item
shown on the right side of the screen.
x
Exit by pressing both SELCTOR and
STOP/ESC keys at same time.
To do the diagnosis, proceed with the
following procedures:
Piezo sensor 1:
x
Push the balancing shaft by hand from any direction, the readings change.
Piezo sensor 2:
x
Push the balancing shaft by hand from any direction, the readings change.
Phase encoder (pulse counter)
:
x
Rotate the wheel in direction of rotation, the readings change from 0 to 255.
x
Rotate the wheel in reverse direction of rotation, the readiings change from 255 to 0.
A gauge (A value):
x
Move the gauge from

”
position outwards along the axis, readings change gradually.
D gauge (D value):
x
Lift the gauge from

0
”
position upwards, readings change gradually.
B gauge (B value):

Move the gauge from

”
position to the shaft flange, readings change from 40 to 245.
