Troubleshooting:
1) If images output with ghost, such as the projector, please check the projector’s setting and or try another
high quality cable.
2) If there is color loss and no video signal on the output, please check the input and output connections and
the VGA cable.
3) The remote control doesn’t works:
A. Check batteries replace if needed.
B. The remote is broken please contact manufacture for repair.
4) Unable to control the scaler by computer through its COM port, please check
the COM port number and the software and make sure the COM port is in good condition.
5) If the output image is interfered, please make sure the system is grounded well.
6) If the static becomes stronger when connecting the BNC connectors, it maybe due to the
incorrect grounding, please correct it otherwise it would damage the scaler.
10) If the scaler cannot be controlled by the buttons on the front panel, RS232 port or
remote control, the scaler may have broken. Please contact the manufacture for repair/ replacement.
