Relation of waste gas temperature to boiler (burner) output when burning pellets
It is a linear dependence at stabilised state and with a clean boiler.
INFO
- According to the relation of waste gas temperature to output we can easily estimate
the actual output of the burner. The displayed curves correspond to a stabil state after 2
hours from pellet burner start in the cleaned boiler.
23. Procedure for optimal adjustment of the boiler for wood pellets
In order to maximise the results of measurements of emissions and energy efficiency of ATMOS
boilers, the following main conditions must be met:
Fuel:
Type of pellets: wood pellets, Ø 6 - 8 mm, length 5 - 25 mm
Quality of pellets: white pellets with minimum ash content, low content of dust, non-agglomerating,
without crust
The chimney draught:
must be in agreement with the instructions for use.
D15PX
15 Pa (0,15 mbar)
D20PX 16 Pa (0,16 mbar)
There must not be great changes in the chimney draught during operation and measurement of the boiler.
(e.g., due to wind)
Maximum ± 2 Pa (0.02 mbar)
