Step 1 

 Stand behind the SyncFlex™ and turn 
the Lock Pin knob counter-clockwise to 
partially unscrew it from the Threaded 
Spacer on the Base Upright Tube (do 
not unscrew fully).

FOLDING & STORAGE

To fold and store your SyncFlex™, proceed as follows:

Step 3 

 Remove the Strut Pin from the Strut Bracket (see A) and fold the Strut over the Foot  
Platform (see B).

Step 2    With one hand, pull the knob of the Lock Pin outward to disengage it from the Bottom Tube  

Hole (see A). With the other hand, slide the Top Pulley Bar downward into the Foot Platform  
Upright Tube until the Lock Pin engages with the Upper Tube Hole (listen for a “click” sound  
when the Lock Pin engages) (see B).
