Harmony™ Upright - Operating Manual - C-Level
HANDPAY
This section desribes in which cases a handpay is
initiated, the machine behaviour during a handpay and
how to reset a handpay.
A handpay by an attendant is necessary, if the machine
can not or must not fulfill the cashout. The handpay
amount is displayed on screen and the machine is
locked until the handpay is reset by an attendant.
Cashout Handpay
(Cancelled Credits)
Cashout Handpay:
The cashout was initiated by pressing the cashout
button, but the payout devices can not or must not
fulfill the cashout request.
• The hopper is empty and the HOPPER EMPTY PRO-
CEDURE is set to handpay mode.
->The remaining amount is a handpay.
• The hopper is jammed and the HOPPER JAM PRO-
CEDURE is set to handpay mode.
->The remaining amount is a handpay.
• The amount to be paid out exceeds the HOPPER
PAYOUT LIMIT.
->As adjusted with setting HOPPER PAYOUT
LIMIT PROCEDURE.
• Payout of residual credits with setting RESIDUAL
CREDIT PAYOUT set to HANDPAY LOCKED or HAND-
PAY PLAYABLE.
->The residual credits amount is a handpay.
• The amount to be paid out exceeds the PAYOUT
LIMIT.
->The entire amount is a handpay.
